Breakfast Sausage Casserole

3 Cups Shredded Potatoes
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Pound Sausage
12 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
16 Ounces Small Curd Cottage Cheese
6 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

Stir potatoes and melted butter together and line bottom and sides of greased 9 x 13" pan.  Mix cooked sausage, cheese, onion, cottage cheese, eggs and mustard.  Pour over potato mixture.  Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
