2 cans garbanzo beans
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1 whole green onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients except for beans in a food processor.
- Add beans and process until it resembles a chunky dip; not completely smooth.
